Department Head-International Compliance
The incumbEnt wili ensure compliance with regulatory/CRM guidelines and governance framework of overseas operations and can actively monitor international regulatory developments and trends to make sure that the branches suits the regulations. the perfect candidate should have minimum 16 years of education preferably MBA/ SBA /BSc/ BSc (Hons.) /ACCAJ ACMA from a reputable HEC recognized College /University/ Institute or foreign institution. He/she should have a minimum of 05 years of banking experience preferably in regulatory compliance, control and / or audit.
Manager-Regulatory Compliance
The incumbent will review Bank's policies and procedural manuals, facilitate implementation of Compliance Risk Management framework and monitor/review regulatory compliance with laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures. the perfect candidate should have minimum 16 years of education preferably MBA / BBA / BSc (Hons) (from HEC recognized College/University or reputable foreign institution) /ACCA/ ACMA. He/she should have overall 05 years of banking experience of which 03 years must be in Regulatory Compliance.
