Manager Import & Export Coordination:

Qualification Required: 

The incumbent should preferably have a Master's degree from a recognized university.

Experience:

Not less than 7 years of relevant experience with a well-reputed organization, in the food industry. 

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for handling all foreign trade-related matters, in coordination with foreign contacts and coordinating with shipping lines and freight forwarders on shipments. 

The candidates should have problem-solving and strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure. 

Skills: 

Proficiency in English and MS Office is a must 

Import & Export Coordinator:

Qualification Required: 

The candidates should be a Graduate.

Experience:

At least 5 years of relevant experience in a well-reputed organization. 

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for handling L/Cs, in coordination with foreign contacts and banks; and coordinating with shipping lines and freight forwarders on shipments. 

The candidates should have knowledge of tariff codes, duty and import taxation structure, and also of customs-related matters with respect to shipments. 

Skills:

He/she should have problem-solving and strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office is a must.

Executive Assistant/Secretary:

The incumbent should be a Graduate, with at least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience as executive assistant/secretary to a senior executive of a well-reputed organization. The incumbent should have excellent command over written and spoken English, with expertise in MS Office and secretarial duties.
