GENERAL MANAGER (HUMAN RESOURCES)
Functions, Responsibilities, and Skills
To formulate Human Resource philosophy that will govern the Company's actions with respect to
Human Resource Management To frame and implement HR policies. developing and reviewing
organizational structure planning and implementing a system for Human resource development
developing performance management and appraisals, reviewing the recruitment and selection
methodologies and standards, revising compensation structure, formulating incentive and motivational
plans for NTDC To lead and Human Resources dependent and play a key role in facing change
management to develop and ensure implementation of human resource strategies by establishing
departmental accountabilities, talent acquisition career planning compensation & benefits, health
welfare benefits, succession planning, recognition & retention compliance, and employee relations
to handle employee relations matters recently, by leading the negotiations from both operational and
perspective

To handle CA matters prudently and effectively with additional knowledge of Labor Law Rules Policies
• Proven track record of ability to work in teams and maintain optimistic liaison with the stakeholders
. Ability to provide HR Strategies to achieve business vision goals. Proficiency with commonly used
Office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel Powerpoint Strong leadership change management,
negotiation, conflict resolution exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and possessing high
rive for achieving management objectives in the context of the transformational restructuring of a large
scale renowned organizations and diverse experience various levels will be an advantage The position
is based at Lahore, Pakistan and directly reporting to Managing Director NTDC The selected incumbent
al work closely with Board of Directors NTDC for above matters and ensure implementations and
monitoring of all HR functions.

Qualification & Experience
Master degree in HR Business Administration Management from an accredited foreign local institution
recognized by HEC. The candidate with the foreign qualification, having Membership of Professional
HR OD IR and Management Bodies & additional Law degree would be given preference
The candidate should have at least 15 years of relevant experience including at least three years of
experience at senior level management positions of Human Resource Management with direct
reporting to Head of Org o nin prominent Public-Private sector organization. Candidates having
experience in corporate restructuring at a senior level should be given preference Candidates having
experience of multinational organizations, as well as overseas experience, will be given preference.
The candidate
should be up to 55 years of age on the date of this advertisement

Tenure of Contract & Remuneration
